Hotels are busy and our resort is quiet and surrounded with forest! The snow is perfect to take your skis and ski from your back door onto Anvil Lake. The snowmobile tracks make perfect paths to follow around the entire lake. I enjoy going out at sunset and watching the sun set to the west as the moon rises to the east. If you are not into skiing the snowmobile trails are just across the lake so off you can go to ride through the Nicolet Forest. another option is ice fishing for those northern and walleye.
